Terms & Conditions for Vaidyas
As the host of the 4th International Ayurveda Congress to be held in Leiden, 1–2 Sept 2018, Stichting MERU invites Congress Participants from India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan to this global event according to the following Terms and Conditions.
A.) Fees
Congress Package shared room
including shared room accommodation with breakfast (3 nights stay – arrival 31 Aug – departure 3 Sept) at Hotel Holiday Inn Leiden, vegetarian meals, Congress fee, canal boat ride on Saturday, 1 Sept. evening, sightseeing tours on Sunday, 2 Sept.€ 500.00 per person Congress Package single room
Participation in all above events with single room accommodation (3 nights stay – arrival 31 Aug – departure 3 Sept)€ 645.00 per person Participation in all above events with without accommodation € 345.00 per person Accompanying family member
not participating in the Congress, including double room accommodation, meals and additional events€ 300.00 per person At the buffets vegetarian meals will be served including bread, cheese, milk, fried rice, cooked/steamed vegetables. Lunch incl. coffee, tea, milk, buttermilk. Meals do not contain fish, egg, meat and alcohols. Please be aware there are no other lunch/dinner possibilities at the hotel and it is not allowed to bring your own food/beverages to the dining areas.

Any damages to the hotel or its surroundings caused by you will be charged by the hotel separately.C.) Cancellation Rules
Cancellation will be possible until 31 July 2018. Full refund minus bank charges will be done till then.
Cancellation fee of 10% on total package will be charged between 1 August till 24 August 2018.
Cancellation fee of 50% on total package will be charged if cancellation is done after 24 August 2018.
