Discount for medical students
As a medical student you will receive a discount of NPR 1,000 on the Congress fee. You have to prove your status by uploading a scan of your student identity card and you are required to bring your student identity card with you to get admittance to the event.

Terms & Conditions for Delegates from Nepal

As the host of the 7th International Ayurveda Congress to be held in Kathmandu, 3–5 March 2023, the Nepal Maharishi Vedic Foundation invites delegates from Nepal to this global event according to the following Terms and Conditions.

A.) Fees

Congress Fee without accommodation, including lunch but no dinner	3 + 4 March
Early Bird rate extended until 10 Feb 2023	NPR 8,000.-
Standard rate after 10 Feb 2023	NPR 11,000.-
Early Bird rate for medical students extended until 10 Feb 2023	NPR 7,000.-
Standard rate for medical students after 10 Feb 2023	NPR 10,000.-

C.) Cancellation Rules

Until 2 Februar 2023 full refund minus bank charges.

After 2 Februar 2023 10% of the Congress fee plus bank charges are deducted from the refund.

Cancellations have to be made in writing to registration@iavc.eu.

D.) Statement of Agreement

“I understand that by attending this event, I am giving permission to be video-taped, audio-recorded, and/or photographed in the context of this event for future use by the event producers and/or their assigns as they see fit.”
